Payments
We use Shopify Payments as it is a secure payment method. Shopify Payments is a payment service that forwards your payment to the merchant. We accept payments by credit or debit card as well as payments via Apple Pay and PayPal. The amount will not be drawn from your card account until the goods are dispatched.
Credit Cards
You can pay with the following credit cards: Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron and MasterCard. Card payments are made securely using a secure payment form and payment card information is not stored in e-commerce systems.
Freight
All orders are shipped from Finland via Posti or Matkahuoto from our warehouse in Finland.
Please note that it can take 2-3 business days before your order is shipped.
Once shipped, you can expect receiving your delivery within 2-5 workdays in Finland.
If your order has been delivered to a pick up point, make sure to pick it up in time. Otherwise it might get sent back to us. If you are unable to pick up your order in time, contact either the pick up point directly or the shipping company. Any costs connected with these returns are not covered by Atelier Dulci.
At the moment we offer shipping only to Finland. Please contact us at info@atelierdulci.com if you wish for shipping outside Finland.
Finland:
Atelier Dulci offers free shipping within Finland on orders above 100 EUR. For orders under this amount a shipping fee of 6,9 EUR will be added to the order.
Cancellation rights
As a consumer, when you buy from us, you have a 14-day period, in which you have the right to cancel your purchase.
This period expires 14 days after the day on which you received your order. If you have ordered several items in the same purchase, and they are delivered separately, the period runs from the day you received the last item.
The period means that you have 14 days after receiving the goods to let us know that you want to cancel the purchase. You can send an e-mail to info@atelierdulci.com to arrange that.
You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the goods, unless you inform us at the same time.
Cancelling purchase partially
If you have bought many items from us, you may return one or several items, even if they were bought in a single order.
Please note that freight charges will not be refunded.
Returning the goods
When you have informed us that you are cancelling your purchase, you have 14 days in which to return the goods to us.
You yourself must pay for returning the package, and you will be liable if it is damaged or lost during transport.

The state of the article when you return it
If the value of the article is reduced, and the reason is that you have used it in any way beyond what was necessary to check the type and properties of the article and how it works, then only part of the purchase sum can be refunded to you. The amount that can be refunded depends on the saleable value of the article, and in certain cases this may mean that only the freight charges can be refunded.
We recommend that you return the article in its original packaging.
Refund of the purchase sum
If you cancel a purchase, you will get your money back. If the value of the article is reduced, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.
We refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (which does not apply, however, to extra delivery costs if you have chosen a form of delivery other than the cheapest standard form of delivery which we offer), not later than 14 days from the day when we have received your notification that you want to cancel the agreement.
We will return the money by the same means of payment which you used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
We may hold back the payment until we have received the article, unless you send documentation that you have returned it.
No exchange items
Please note that we do not exchange items. If you, nevertheless, wish to do so, you can purchase a new product by placing a new order on our webshop and return the one that you do not want.
